Single Photon Counting detectors based on superconducting nanowires

Quantum Opus has developed Single Photon Counting detectors based on superconducting nanowires with very high detection efficiency from 600-1550nm, low dark counts, fast timing resolution and count rates of 50Mcps. Quantum Opus provides a complete turn-key solution with a compact closed cycle cryocooler that can support up to 32 detector channels. Our systems are fully automated with integrated electronics and vacuum pump, and the system is push-button cooldown.
